Mr. Esser’s experience includes both field monitoring and associated reporting of mitigation sites throughout northeast Florida. He also specializes in both formal and informal wetland jurisdictional determinations, site evaluations and preparation of environmental assessments, as well as state and federal agency verification of jurisdictional wetland lines.
Mr. Esser is also permitted by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission as an Authorized Gopher Tortoise Agent, which qualifies him to perform gopher tortoise surveys and relocations.
