Ms. Floyd is responsible for AutoCAD/ArcMap graphic exhibit design and preparation, state/federal permit application preparation and coordination, threatened and endangered species surveys/permitting, wetland impact and mitigation analysis, Georgia state water determinations, and agency coordination throughout the permitting process.
