Scope of Services: Developments of Regional Impact

Projects tripping DRI thresholds receive increased regulatory scrutiny at state and local levels.  ERS assisted with the approval of over half a dozen DRI projects.  Our services include:

Venetian Bay
  • Perform field studies to characterize wetland and upland plant communities.
  • Prepare responses to Application for Development Approval (ADA) Questions12 (Vegetation and Wildlife), 13 (Wetlands), 14 (Water), 15 (Soils) and others.
  • Participate in public hearings, agency meetings and agency negotiations.
  • Provide expert witness testimony.
