The wetlands regulatory programs administered by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), state and local agencies have become complicated and largely esoteric. ERS has a full understanding of agency processes and performs the following services:

- Delineate wetlands pursuant to the metodologies perscribed by USACE, and various state and local agencies.
- Obtain agency verification of flagged wetland boundaries.
- Prepare, submit and facilitate processing of various permit applications.
- Manage agency negotiations for wetland impact assessment and compensatory requirements.
- Provide mitigation plan development and design services.
- Supervise plant material installation for mitigation projects.
- Conduct mitigation project monitoring and reporting services.
- Prepare "significant nexus" information and submit it to USACE, pursuant USACE policies resulting from the 2006 U.S. Supreme Court Rapanos decisions.
