Project:  Environmental Consulting Services 
Client: City of Jacksonville
Location:  Duval County, Florida

Under this agreement, ERS will assist all of the City's departments develop projects.  The bulk of our work involves sites assessment; wetlands delineations and permitting; mitigation options identification; and protected species surveying and permitting.
On Going Services

Project:  Environmental Consulting Services
Client: Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA) 
Location:  Duval County, Florida

ERS serves as a sub-consultant to several hydrogeological firms to provide environmental services to JEA on an as-needed basis. Typical services include wetland delineation, agency verification, environmental assessment, and permitting assistance. Projects include water treatment plants, substations, well fields, and transmission lines.
On Going Services

Project:  Environmental General Consulting Services
Client: Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA)
Location:  Duval County, Florida

Under this general consulting contract, ERS is tasked with agency coordination, permitting, wetland delineation, wetland functional assessment, mitigation planning, design and monitoring, conducting environmental assessments, hazardous materials studies and cultural resource assessments, reviewing the work of independent consultants contracted by JTA and serving as an expert witness on behalf of JTA.

Project:  Jacksonville Aviation Authority Professional Consulting Services
Client: Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA)
Location:  Duval County, Florida

As a subcontractor to Environmental Resource Management (ERM), ERS serves as an on-call environmental consultant to JAA. Responsibilities include wetland delineation, permitting and mitigation, wildlife surveys and permitting, tree surveys, environmental planning, and environmental assessment for the four airports controlled by JAA (Cecil Commerce, Herlong, Craig, and Jacksonville International). This contract requires extensive knowledge of airport operations and long-range airport planning goals/objectives.
