Mr. Cannon is responsible for a diverse array of environmental evaluation and permitting tasks including direct client consultation and agency coordination, wetland delineation with respect to state and federal jurisdictional methodologies, wetland impact assessments that include the Uniform Mitigation Assessment Method (UMAM), graphic design including Geographic Information Systems (GIS) analyses, environmental resource permitting and site-specific threatened/endangered species evaluations. Additionally, Mr. Cannon has over nine years of experience in environmental disciplines and detailed knowledge of the dynamic local, state and federal rules and regulations as they pertain to his specific responsibilities.
