Ms. Zyski conducts ecological assessments needed to identify the permitting implications associated with development for land planning purposes. She specializes in determining the wetland jurisdictional limits of the various federal and state regulatory agencies, supervising and training technical staff members and providing consultation to clients for all facets of environmental regulation and permitting. Negotiation and coordination with the various agency representatives are conducted by Ms. Zyski throughout the permitting effort.
